  Hey Merrill it’s hard to believe that you sold us our home in Myrtle Beach. Since then we have made some upgrades to our home. We installed a Walk in shower in the Master Bedroom Bath, next we remodeled our dinning area by installing An island with Quartz Counter tops and a wall of base cabinets our last one we did was had a enclosed screen porch with patio. We are really loving our home and you are the best realtor anyone could ever ask for oh one more thing we got married last April 2022

    Terry, I somehow missed this comment and am just now seeing it! Hope the “newlyweds” but not so newlyweds anymore are doing well. I bet all the updates you did to your home look GREAT!!!
